I hold a Bachelor of Psychology from Concordia University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with over six years of experience supporting at-risk youth and their families within the non-profit and educational sectors, as well as three years of experience providing therapy.
I believe that every person is unique and brings their own strengths, experiences, and perspectives into therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your needs and work toward meaningful change.
