About Elspeth

I’ve seen and experienced how frustrating it can be to deal with injuries, recurring pain and chronic stress. I love how effective good, individualised care can be when it comes to helping people regain confidence and break the cycle of chronic symptoms. My treatment style could be described as interactive, focused and intuitive. I aim to create an environment where each client feels at ease and listened to. I use joint mobilisations, active and passive movement, and soft tissue work that involves slow, sustained holds on targeted areas. While treatment can elicit some strong sensations, I make sure to always work within the range of what feels safe and comfortable for each person. When attending a treatment with me, clients are invited to bring loose sports clothes (eg. shorts and a sports bra) to their appointment. This is totally optional and gives us more options for movement and positioning if we need them.
