Elyse is a Certified Reflexologist and Body Worker. Elyse grew up in Victoria BC. She moved to Vancouver in 2001 to pursue her passion in the holistic approach to health and well being. She completed her Spa Therapy program in 2003 and worked at one of the top Spa’s in Victoria for 15 years specializing in relaxation massage. During that time Elyse was drawn to Reflexology and its ability to help our bodies return to a state of homeostasis and heal itself as it is meant to. Elyse believes it is so important to be proactive with our health and well being, instead of reactive. She graduated from the Canadian Reflexology School in 2015 and now focuses her practice on Foot Reflexology. She is passionate about helping others gain balance within all their body systems using a calming, intuitive and restorative approach.
