Emilia's clinical practice is highly specialized in supporting survivors of sexual and criminal violence. Her work focuses on individuals impacted by experiences such as rape, childhood sexual abuse, sexual exploitation and trafficking, grooming, kidnapping, physical assault, gang-related violence, ritual abuse, and other forms of serious interpersonal violence.
Because of this specialization, Emilia may not be the best fit for individuals seeking support primarily for non-violent relational concerns, workplace stress, general life challenges, or non-violent trauma experiences. New Moon Psychotherapy has a team of skilled therapists who would be excellent supports for these concerns and can help connect you with a clinician whose expertise best matches your needs.
