Emily Guy
A 2019 graduate of Centennial College, Emily Guy has been providing individualized care at Apex Health and Fitness since June 2022. While Emily’s clinical foundation began with Swedish Massage, she has since expanded her expertise to include advanced modalities such as Cupping Therapy and Rapid Neurofascial Reset (Rapid NFR) for both the upper and lower body.
Emily takes great pride in working with clients across all age ranges and stages of life. Her practice is dedicated to helping a diverse community, from young athletes striving for peak performance to aging populations focused on maintaining essential movement and mobility.
