I take a directive yet compassionate trauma-informed approach to my work. I pull techniques from several modalities in my work, including EMDR, Gottman Method Couples, Cognitive behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Dialectal Behaviour therapy. My personalized method is designed to meet the unique needs of each client or couple.
I have experience working in several areas of mental health including trauma, issues that affect men, pregnancy and infant loss, OCD and specific phobias, epilepsy, relationship communication and affairs and many more. Through integrative treatment, I will use evidence-based methods that empower my clients to recover and thrive, transforming their lives in meaningful ways
