AjouterEmma has been working in the physiotherapy space for over a decade and having been injured many times herself, she understands what it’s like to take a break from something you love. She advocates for the importance of prevention, and yet, totally understands that sometimes we just take things too far. She is passionate that health, fitness (and normal life!) look different on everyone and loves that she gets to be part of her client’s rehab journey.
