She believes massage is a fundamental part of helping with the stresses of work and life in todays society. Her passion is helping people and creating a safe, welcoming space for everybody.
She treats each person as an individual with unique stresses and provides treatment plans accustomed to each individual concerns.
She formulates the best possible treatment with the patients concerns in mind. She is also going to be learning new techniques and modalities over time to improve the patient’s experience.

The Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy known as soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization. It is one of a number of manual therapy approaches that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/scraping the skin gently. This certain technique will be integrated into a regular massage.
