Enrich Neurorehab is a community exercise program for people living with chronic neurological conditions. The program provides individually-designed, evidence-informed exercise training for people experiencing challenges with movement due to the long-term effects of a neurological condition (e.g., stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury).

Basic Health and Exercise Testing

Our Student Trainers provide a client-centered process designed to help individuals adopt and/or maintain a physically active lifestyle by assessing a client;s physical activity practices, sedentary behavior habits and fitness levels to identify opportunities for health promoting change.

Student pricing includes Initial and Follow up appointments. Must be a current U of R student with valid student ID.

Assessment for the UR Gold group exercise program for older adults. A Certified Exercise Physiologist provides individualized exercise programming that focuses on enhancing functionality for individuals with one or more controlled health conditions. A controlled health condition is a condition that has been present for 6 or more months post-diagnosis. A doctor's clearance letter is required before the assessment.
