Eric Mitchell
AjouterEric has a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion at Algonquin College, is currently studying Massage Therapy at Willis College.
He has competed at a high level of hockey, soccer, track and field, and has most recently competed in the sport of Bobsleigh. He has represented Team Canada Bobsleigh at the International stage during the 2021-2022 season. Since he's been finished with competitive sport, helping people has become a big part of Eric's day-to-day life.

Eric is also a certified Level 2 Fascia Stretch Therapist (FST). FST is a table-based assisted stretching technique used to not only stretch muscles, but the connective tissue and fascia as well. This technique helps to restore and maintain the overall health of the musculoskeletal and neurological systems. It can be used as a maintenance or rehabilitation treatment and can be paired with almost any other form of physical therapy.
Along with FST, Eric operates a Diagnostic Testing & Training device called KangaTech. With KangaTech, he provides patients the ability to test their strength and to understand what they need to improve on. Eric started off as a patient and athlete on the machine and realized the importance of what the machine has to offer and how useful it is when it comes to improving strength and performance.
Both Fascia Stretch Therapy and the KangaTech are not just beneficial for high level athletes, they both can be used coming off of an injury, preventing injuries, and also getting to the root of discomfort/pain.
