Since then she has completed several post graduate courses in sports/orthopedic manual therapy and pelvic health physiotherapy. Erica is very passionate about health and wellness and strives to create a safe space for anyone struggling with pelvic health related issues. She has experienced pelvic physiotherapy treatments herself and can attest to their effectiveness and value. She is dedicated to lifelong learning and aspires to participate in research and teach in the field in the future.
Erica is a busy mother to twins who enjoys hiking, cooking, working out and watching movies.
