Their own wordsErica is a classically trained Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. With a comprehensive understanding of how the structure of the human framework is interrelated with its physiologic functioning, her treatments aim to bring the body into a better position for self-healing. Improving health and quality of life is her main objective for each individual. Prior to her current role, she received a BA Honours Specialization in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario - while there she gained valuable experience volunteering alongside the physiotherapists at the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic for two years. She has also achieved a certification in personal training from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT).
