About Erica
Erica is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals use nutrition to support their health, performance, and long-term well-being. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph (2021) and a Master of Science in Foods and Nutrition from Western University (2023).
Over the past three years, she has developed a strong clinical foundation working in both hospital and private practice settings. Erica currently works part-time at Hamilton Health Sciences, where she provides nutrition care to patients with complex medical conditions, supporting rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term health.
Erica believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Whether you're looking to reach your performance goals, recover from injury, manage a health condition, or simply more confident in your food choices, she works alongside you to develop practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
