Dependent on headache type, optional cold or hot towels direct vascular circulation bringing additional relief. Your experience begins with a brief private introduction from an experienced therapist, who will demonstrate a few simple massage techniques to help you feel comfortable and confident working on your partner or guest. You may choose to give your partner a relaxing massage or take turns offering care to one another in this self-guided experience.
