Erika is a nurturing individual whose purpose has always been focused on helping others. From a young age, she's had a passion for the outdoors, and activities like dancing and bike riding. After completing schooling for massage therapy, Erika graduated at the top of her class and has developed a deep interest for physical activity and the function of the human body. Since graduating in July 2023, Erika has a newly inspired passion to reach out to as many individuals in need as she can. As an RMT, Erika’s goals are to create a safe, welcoming and effective environment for all of her clients. In her treatment she focuses on myofascial release, deep tissue work, and active release. She has a unique style that incorporates these techniques with diaphragmatic breathing and muscle energy techniques, while concluding with Swedish massage to help reduce pain and improve overall well-being. Erika takes great pride in her career and watching her patients flourish from the benefits of her massage style and therapy.
