She has training in Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage, and integrates these techniques to address individual needs while creating a comfortable and supportive treatment environment. Known for her warm, positive demeanor, Eryn brings genuine care into her work. Her years of volunteer experience as an executive with the non-profit organization The Good Guys BC reflect her strong commitment to community involvement and service. Through her active lifestyle, Eryn understands the physical demands of movement, training, and recovery, allowing her to connect with clients and provide thoughtful, individualized care that supports long-term well-being. Outside of the clinic, Eryn enjoys bouldering, running, and weight training at the gym. During the summer, she loves paddle-boarding and hiking. Ideal for active clients looking for a performance-oriented approach to soft-tissue work. This treatment is performed using a clothes-on approach. Clients are encouraged to wear comfortable athletic attire such as shorts and a sports bra (or similar activewear) to allow for effective assessment and treatment of movement and muscle function.

Note, this is not a "relaxation" massage. Treatment may include targeted soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, mobility-focused techniques, and movement assessment to reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery. Please wear activewear that allows easy access to the treatment area and freedom of movement during your session, such as shorts, a T-shirt, tank top, or sports bra, depending on the area being treated. You should expect to remain clothed throughout the session.
