Credentials & Modalities: I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC with a Master of Arts in Community Counselling from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA where I started my career as a Clinical Counsellor in the 1990's. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy for Individuals (EFIT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Grief Counselling. I am most experienced serving the workplace population - people at different points in their career - in managing life transitions to achieve personal and professional goals. I bring with me 20+ years of experience working in diverse settings (i.e. outpatient therapy programs, Employee Assistance programs, Consulting firms, large corporations, non-profit organizations) and a combined skill set in Individual Clinical Counselling, Employee Assistance Counselling, Career/ Leadership Assessment & Coaching, Organizational Change Management Consulting, Vocational Rehabilitation Consulting.
