Hi, Bonjour. I work with people who feel off, even when life looks fine on paper. New moms who expected to feel happy but mostly feel anxious, guilty, or numb. Teens and young adults who look okay from the outside but can’t turn off their minds. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening underneath all that pressure — the perfectionism, the “shoulds,” the self-doubt — and learn how to be kinder to yourself in the process.
