Farideh (she/her) is a physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research in the health care, wellness, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation space. She is exceptionally skilled in pelvic health physiotherapy, women’s health, injury prevention, neuromusculoskeletal disorders, and pain management. Farideh is also an accomplished teacher, being a university instructor (1993-2010) and a university professor (2010-2018), both at the University of Medical Sciences in Tehran. She’s taught, trained, and consulted in various degree programs. Furthermore, she has numerous publications that have been cited and used internationally. At the Canadian Continence Foundation, Farideh is on the Board of Directors. She also speaks Persian (Farsi) and Turkish. She wholeheartedly believes in the power of skilled hands, knowledge and experience to relieve pain, manage dysfunction and improve client’s quality of life.
