Having graduated from the International Academy of Applied Health, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I am certified in a diverse range of techniques, including Theragun massage, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, mild joint manipulation, active muscle releases, and myofascial releases.
