As a transgender woman, she is proudly a part of the local LGBT+ community. She is a believer in straightforward communication with her patients, to best meet their wellness goals with treatment personalized to their needs. She is enthusiastic about healthcare, and is especially interested in orthopedic treatment dealing with injury recovery; both recent and chronic, traumatic or repetitive strain. Her continuing education following graduation from WCCMT has focused mainly on myofascial and trigger point release techniques, as well as advanced clinical reasoning.

Our follow up appointments are meant to build on your knowledge of nutrition and wellness. During these sessions we touch on stress management techniques, food prep, nutrition and health education. Follow up appointments are designed to provide you with the support you need on your wellness journey and are an excellent time to clarify any questions you may have about your custom Wellness Program.
