Crysta
Crysta brings over 20 years of experience as a Chiropractor and Sports Therapist, where she developed strong, meaningful connections with her patients while supporting their health journeys. Since becoming a yoga instructor in 2021, she has continued that passion through engaging and energizing classes. Crysta creates an environment where members feel seen, heard, and motivated to grow—physically and mentally. Her classes are filled with encouragement, a touch of humor, and a belief that everyone is capable of more than they think: “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you—you can do hard things!”
Dawn
After a lengthy career in the investment industry, Dawn switched paths becoming a fitness instructor the year she turned 50. She now works for the City of Surrey in their weight rooms, fitness studios as well as at their front counters and also teaches at Barre Fitness Studio in South Surrey. She is very excited to add Pilates into her teaching and has been working on that since September of 2025. Now that her children are grown, Dawn enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her two young grandsons.
Eunbee
I first started pilates in 2020 to help with my sclerosis and fell in love with how this kind of movement rehabilitates to bring strength and balance back to the body. Over the last few years I have journeyed my way to become mom of two girls and now a Pilates instructor. Looking forward to meeting the lovely community here at Crossroads Collective!
