Gabe Pallotto, RMT is a Registered Massage Therapist at Pivot Sport Medicine, where he has been practicing for over two years. He is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. During his time at Waterloo, Gabe was a member of the varsity football team, an experience that strongly shaped his understanding of athletic performance, injury, and recovery.
Gabe’s background in competitive sport gives him a firsthand appreciation of the physical and mental demands placed on the body. Having experienced sports-related injuries himself, he brings an empathetic and practical approach to treatment, particularly when working with clients dealing with back pain, neck pain, and movement-related discomfort. He is a sports massage therapist and a proud member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association (CSMTA).
In his massage therapy practice, Gabe places a strong emphasis on open communication and collaborative care. He believes that effective treatment begins with understanding each client’s goals, lifestyle, and underlying contributors to pain or dysfunction. Whether addressing muscle tension from a demanding work schedule or supporting recovery from training and sport, he works with clients to tailor each session to their individual needs.
Gabe’s clinical approach integrates a range of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy, and Swedish massage techniques. His treatments aim to reduce pain, restore mobility, and support both performance and long-term well-being. Working within a multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic allows him to collaborate closely with other healthcare practitioners to support comprehensive care.
Gabe practices in the Bloor West Village and Mimico areas of Toronto and enjoys working with active individuals, athletes, and anyone seeking thoughtful, evidence-informed massage therapy.
Outside the clinic, Gabe maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys collecting vinyl records and making pasta.
