I am pleased to be offering counselling services alongside the Shuswap Chiropractic team. I believe everyone has the ability to grow and change, and I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they embark upon their own path towards healing and self-discovery. I come to each session with authenticity and compassion and offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore and confront challenging thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. I use a number of culturally sensitive and trauma-informed modalities to tailor counselling plans to each client’s unique circumstances, personalities, and goals. I am also committed to my own growth as a counsellor and continually invest in training and supervision opportunities that ensure I provide my clients with the most relevant and evidence-based care. In my free time I love gardening, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with my two wonderful kids. I have completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University and am a professional member with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association #11245285.
