SaveHi, I’m Gillian! I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BCACC. My journey as a counsellor has been shaped by supporting individuals facing anxiety, trauma, shame, addiction, attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, and by working closely with survivors of violence and abuse. I believe that when life’s challenges leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost, each of us carry an inherent ability to heal and thrive when provided with the right conditions and support. You’ll also find that I approach all clients with compassion and curiosity and will aim to support you in doing the same for yourself.

I work primarily from attachment, experiential, and trauma-based models to help you connect with your true self. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. When we work together, you’ll experience my warmth, empathy, and non-judgmental presence.
