Book your first weight loss appointment with our Nurse Practitioner. This is a 30 minute appointment for existing hormone health clients, to review you medical history and health and wellness goals. Treatment options will be reviewed and a holistic treatment plan will be individualized to your health goals. This is an in-person appointment at NuHaven Health's office, located at 400 Main St (Place 400). Suite 1020 in Saint John, NB. If a health insurance special authorization form is required to be completed for medication coverage - an additional fee is charged, depending on the length/time to complete.
