Do you often feel stuck in negative emotions, overwhelmed by life transitions, or struggling to navigate a challenging relationship? I’m here to support you on your journey.

With years’ experience working with non-profit organizations, my personal journey fuels a commitment to providing empathetic therapy to individuals, as well as couples and families. Having lived in three different countries- China, Canada, and the U.S., I bring a unique blend of personal and professional insights to my counseling practice. This experience enables me to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Chinese immigrants, people from various ethnic groups, and second-generation youth. In my practice, I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals navigate challenging times, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support couples in improving communication and fostering deeper emotional connections.
