Grace graduated in 2022 from the Massage Therapy program with over 3000 hours of training at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences located in Nelson BC. After some time gaining experience practicing in various small mountain towns around BC, Grace is excited to take what knowledge she has gained and come back home to Squamish BC. She has grown up moving her body dynamically doing various styles of dance and sports which has only fostered an insatiable curiosity for how the body moves. She enjoys working with the person to find a shared goal for each individual using a variety of massage techniques. Grace uses various depths integrating Swedish massage, myofasical and trigger point release, as well as relaxation techniques. If not in the massage room, Grace will most likely be on the trails biking or trail running, and spending time with friends and family.
