Together, we can build insight and perspective to support meaningful change in your life. Having worked across multiple sectors (non-profit, education, technology, and law enforcement), I’ve witnessed the gap in mental health support. Having immigrated to Canada as a school-aged child, I also understand the challenges of navigating cultural identity and finding alignment between values. In our work together, we will co-create a space where you feel heard and understood.
Currently working towards my Master of Counselling degree, I utilize evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to explore your thought patterns, early experiences, and the stories that shape who you are.
I believe everyone deserves a space to pause, reflect, and grow. My aim in our work together is to support you in developing deeper self-understanding, gain clarity, and move toward your goals.
