A life of apathy and mediocrity is not what we are meant to live. Grace’s work is to provide you with an alternative perspective and to equip you with tools to live with awareness, intention, and purpose.
In her professional practice, Grace helps clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to find healing and balance. Grace works with teens, young adults, working professionals, couples, and seniors who are dealing with various mental health or relational issues and seek to connect with someone that allows openness and vulnerability.
Grace assists in personal counselling to help those in managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, anger, spirituality, and ADHD. She also offers family therapy and couples counselling. Her lived experience in transitioning from the financial service industry to mental health sparked her interest in career counselling specifically. As such, she is familiar with corporate settings and managing workplace stress and anxiety while continuing to be effective and productive.
Grace's models of therapy are customized to your needs and include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused therapy, Trauma-Informed therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy.
