Gurjot is a Registered Massage Therapist graduated from Centennial College and is in good standing with the CMTO. Gurjot’s goal is to provide centered patient care and to take a proactive approach in her treatments. She is a strong believer in continuous education and focuses on client-centered care using a range of treatments such as Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, prenatal, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and Deep tissue techniques.
Gurjot uses multiple modalities to treat her patients in the most effective way. She believes in long term effects of the treatment and her great communication skills enable that process.
She is also certified in Hot stone and Cupping therapy to help her clients and be a part of their healing journey.
