Gurpreet is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. Born and raised in New Westminster, she is passionate about helping individuals in her community move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. She provides care in both English and Punjabi. Gurpreet specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, dry needling, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in shoulder and neck conditions, sports-related injuries, and movement-based rehabilitation. She enjoys working with clients who want to improve strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies—whether that’s returning to sport, managing persistent pain, or improving day-to-day function. Her treatment approach combines targeted exercise prescription, hands-on manual therapy, education, and therapeutic modalities to support long-term recovery and independence. Gurpreet believes in empowering her clients with the tools and knowledge they need to take an active role in their rehabilitation. Outside the clinic, Gurpreet enjoys baking, strength training at the gym, and running —experiences that continue to shape her passion for movement and performance.
