About Gwyneth
Their own wordsHey, I'm Gwyneth. When we feel supported to share our stories truly remarkable things can happen. Therapy can provide the time and space to explore who you are, how your story began, and where you'd like it to go. It offers connection and perspective as you navigate your internal and external world. My practice emphasizes respect, warmth, and integrity at the heart of this collaborative process.
There are innumerable reasons why we consider therapy, and each one is valid and worthy of care. Feelings of depression or anxiety, challenging relationships, reduced self-worth, difficult decisions at work, home, or school, or major life transitions can all tax our abilities to cope. Whatever is on your mind, it will be met with empathetic, non-judgemental listening and an individualized plan that centres your wellness goals. Together we’ll decide which approaches, tools, and techniques best honour your unique experiences and perspectives. My therapeutic style is authentic and engaged, and draws upon evidence-based practices for solid, integrative support. Using a client-centred approach, we’ll explore building resiliency, practicing awareness, and letting go of unhelpful patterns.
Finding the right therapist for you is important. A brief consultation can help you decide if we’re well suited to work together. I look forward to connecting, and answering any questions you might have.
