With a seamless blend of her passion for sports, mental health advocacy, and overall well-being,
Haileigh possesses over three years as a dedicated Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). Her
clientele spans a diverse spectrum, including athletes ranging from varsity, recreational and
competitive levels, as well as coaches, students, military personnel, and hospital patients.
Throughout her journey, Haileigh developed mental skills training programs that empower her clients to master essential proficiencies such as stress management, time blocking, self-awareness cultivation,
relaxation and meditation techniques, constructive self-talk, and heightened concentration.
Haileigh works with individuals aged 10 and above, with a focus on students, enhancing self-esteem and confidence, addressing anxiety, resolving relationship issues, improving depressed mood, managing grief and loss, regulating emotions, mitigating burnout, and
mediating family conflicts. Employing an integrative and adaptable approach, Haileigh’s guiding purpose is to facilitate alignment among thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Her holistic approach fosters comprehensive healing across the body, mind, and soul.
Haileigh's primary therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Fuelled by her passion for helping individuals achieve
their goals and reach their full potential, Haileigh collaborates with her clients to foster a
meaningful therapeutic relationship anchored in values of self-awareness, honesty, trust, and
autonomy.
Education: Haileigh is a Registered Psychotherapist member of the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the Canadian Sport Psychology Association (CSPA), and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). Haileigh has her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and a Masters in Human Kinetics with a concentration in Intervention and Consultation from the University of Ottawa. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Human Kinetics with a Specialization in Sport Psychology from Laurentian University.
