Hatty is a physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move well and stay active in ways that feel meaningful to them. Hatty completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Manitoba after earning her degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. She has continued her education with additional training in Running Gait Analysis, Chronic Pain Science, Clinical Pilates, and Advanced Orthopedic Physiotherapy (AIM Level 1), and is certified in Biomedical Dry Needling (IMS). Hatty works with clients across all ages and stages, from post-surgical rehab to sports injuries. She has a special interest in hip, knee and foot injuries, and the spine. Hatty values close collaboration with her patients and creating a space where people feel heard and understood. Her priority is for you to understand your injury and feel confident in your recovery. She combines hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and clear education to help patients reduce pain, build strength, and achieve long-term results. Through the use of a “Smart” trainer, Mike will test you on YOUR bike and suggest ways to improve your FTP as well as set training zones based upon test results.
