Hello and welcome. I’m Hayley (she/her), a Master’s-level therapist in Counselling Psychology, offering support to women through some of life’s most profound and identity-shaping transitions.

My work is especially focused on the perinatal period: from the quiet, often unspoken emotional complexities of trying to conceive, to pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. This season can hold so much at once: love and grief, joy and anxiety, connection and loneliness, expansion and loss of self. You may find yourself questioning who you are, carrying an invisible mental load, navigating shifts in your relationships, or feeling overwhelmed in ways you didn’t expect. These experiences are more common than we often talk about, and you don’t have to move through them alone.

I also support women who are navigating anxiety, depression, overwhelm, perfectionism, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the lingering impact of past experiences that can resurface during this stage of life. Together, we will create space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and gently reconnect with yourself in the midst of it all.

My path into this work is both personal and professional. Prior to becoming a counsellor, I spent several years as a stay-at-home mom, an experience that gave me a deep understanding of the emotional, mental, and relational demands that often go unseen in motherhood. It’s this lived experience, alongside my clinical training, that informs the way I show up -- with warmth, attunement, and genuine care.

My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I draw from cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, and Internal Family Systems approaches, and my work is rooted in attachment-based, feminist, and trauma-informed perspectives. I integrate person-centered, strength-based, and culturally responsive care into each session.

I believe that healing and growth happen in the context of connection - not through striving for perfection, but through feeling seen, understood, and supported in your full experience.

I offer a free consultation so we can connect and see if working together feels like the right fit. If you’re ready to begin, or even just feeling curious, I would be honoured to support you.
