Registered Massage Therapy – ICBC Follow Up Treatment (60 minutes) This appointment type is for patients who have an ACTIVE ICBC claim, who have been to OUR clinic for an ICBC assessment. ICBC patients are only partially covered under their claim. ICBC does not reimburse the full cost of our services, and any remaining balance will not be covered or reimbursed. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any portion not covered by ICBC (the user fee).

Registered Massage Therapy – ICBC New Patient Exam and First Treatment (60 minutes). If you have NOT seen a registered massage therapist for your ACTIVE ICBC Claim at OUR clinic please select this appointment type. Please ensure that the clinic has your ICBC Claim Number, the Date of Motor Vehicle Collision, as well as the name of your ICBC Adjuster (if known).
