About Heather
Heather has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2012, graduating from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. After years of practicing in Abbotsford, she moved to Kelowna in 2021.
She has successfully treated a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including headaches, migraines, jaw pain (TMJ dysfunction), MVA injuries, concussions, postural imbalances, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, compensation patterns, chronic tension, and movement impairments. Every patient and every session is different. Heather takes an individualized approach, considering the state of the nervous system and what the body needs most that day.
Heather believes in addressing the root cause of dysfunction while aligning treatment with each patient’s unique goals. She integrates a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue work, trigger point release, corrective exercise, and Pilates-based movements. In 2024, she became a certified NeuPilates instructor, further enhancing her approach to movement therapy and rehabilitation. In 2023, she completed her Level 1 Trauma-Informed Certification and a specialized TMJ course, deepening her expertise in treating jaw dysfunction and related conditions.
When she’s not treating patients, Heather creates delicious desserts for her dessert blog— Magnolia Sweet Treats, and exploring with her husband, Sean, and their dog, Bella.
