She is a registered therapist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Practitioners of BC and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists of BC. Her treatments incorporate traditional Swedish Massage techniques along with other skills she has picked up along her 20 plus year career to aid mental health and physical concerns such as stress, acute and chronic pain. It involves light, rhythmic strokes and gentle pressure to encourage lymphatic flow. MLD can help reduce swelling, enhance immune function, and promote relaxation. Treatment time combines lymphatic drainage with general massage therapy techniques, such as Swedish massage and myofascial release. Includes elective or cosmetic surgeries, gender-affirming top surgeries, and breast cancer surgeries with knowledge to safely treat those undergoing chemotherapy and radiation.
