AjouterHelen graduated in 2011 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She started working in different multi disciplinary clinical settings. She gained extensive experience treating clients from motor vehicle accidents, clients that were pre and post operative and ones with a wide range of physical and medical conditions. In 2016, she opened her own home based business in Tavistock, going full time in 2019. Her passion for Massage is evident with her clients and the courses she has taken for learning purposes and for incorporating into her treatment routines. This includes Cupping, Deep Tissue, Taping, Soft Tissue Release and a speciality in Indie Head Massage. Other techniques she uses are; trigger point release, relaxation massage and pregnancy massage.

Indie Head Massage is performed at a very slow pace to increase relaxation and to allow the client to fully let go of tension. The session would include treatment of the head, face, neck, and shoulders.
