We believe massage can be a safe, gentle, and supportive way to help children and teens relax, reduce stress, and support their growing bodies. 👦🏼👧🏾 Safety is always our top priority. -All sessions are tailored to your child’s age and comfort level. -Parents/guardians are always welcome in the room during the massage. -Open communication is encouraged, your child can pause or stop the session at any time. 🌱 Some children and teens may find that massage helps with relaxation, sleep, muscle tension, or emotional well-being, but every experience is unique.
