Hello, I’m Holly, a mother of three wild boys living in a small rural town in Ontario. My love of natural health began long before my formal training. As the daughter of a midwife, I was raised with a deep trust in the body and its ability to heal. For the past nine years, since becoming a mother, I’ve used herbal medicine and homeopathy to care for my children and myself. This has only deepened my relationship with and trust in natural medicine. My area of interest focuses on supporting women through all stages of life, from menstruation to pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Through my own experiences, I’ve seen how impactful herbal medicine can be for the nervous system, hormonal balance, sexual health, and overall wellbeing. I’m passionate about supporting women as they reconnect with their bodies and move through these seasons with more ease.
