Imneet is a registered massage therapist who completed her competency-based program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Throughout her studies, she gained hands-on experience by participating in clinical outreaches, working with athletes, the elderly, and individuals with systemic or neurological conditions. Imneet is passionate about helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness through tailored assessments and treatments. She believes in a full-body approach to relaxation and healing, utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, joint mobilization, trigger point release, myofascial release, pin and stretch, neuromuscular techniques, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and hydrotherapy. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, she looks forward to supporting clients on their journey to better health and wellness.
