Ingrid is a South African trained musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who relocated to the beautiful city of Victoria from Cape Town in March 2021. She completed her Physiotherapy Degree at the University of the Witwatersrand. Shortly after graduating she completed a post-graduate course in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy which set her on a path of learning and exploration to gain expertise in the treatment of cervical, lumbar and shoulder injuries. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through her involvement in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries over the past 20 years. It is of utmost importance to her to provide patients with the highest quality of care available for their specific needs. Prioritizing a thorough assessment, quality hands on treatment and individualized rehab programmes. As an avid runner, who has completed several ultra marathons, she spends her weekends with her husband and two sons exploring the magnificent mountain trails and beaches of Vancouver Island.
