All sessions are available virtually, with possibility for In Person sessions in Coquitlam.
Approach: Crina uses a strength-based solution focused approach with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. She deeply believes there is no one therapy for all – we are all unique, and can use whatever is needed to best help you, with the emphasis on finding the solution rather than marinating in the problem.

She has a background in nursing and social services before completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree in 2023.
