Their own wordsIrene Osafo-Dwamena is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Protégé School in Scarborough with 2,200 hours of in-class and clinical training.
She has a strong interest in how the body and mind work together and in natural approaches to healing. Before becoming an RMT, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from York University and worked one-on-one as a Mental Health and Transitional Rehabilitation Counsellor.
Her treatment focus includes relaxation and Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching, myofascial release, and clinical massage, aimed at reducing tension, improving circulation, lowering stress, and supporting rehabilitation. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her children and family.
