About Isabella
I believe your body is incredibly resilient when it's given the right support. Movement is medicine, and my goal isn't just to get you out of pain; it's to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a body that helps you do more. Whether you're training for your next race, working toward a new personal best in the gym, keeping up with your kids, or simply wanting to move through everyday life with greater ease, I'm here to help you reach your goals, not just settle for the bare minimum.
As someone who strength trains, competes in bodybuilding, and spends weekends tackling trail runs, I understand firsthand how important it is to trust your body. That perspective shapes how I practice. Every appointment is tailored to you, combining hands-on treatment, movement assessment, exercise, and education so you leave with a clear understanding of what's going on and what to do next. I believe treatment should empower you, not make you dependent on it, and I love helping people discover they're capable of more than they thought.
Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me in the gym, trail running, getting lost in a good fantasy novel, or planning my next outdoor adventure. My treatment room is relaxed, welcoming, and probably has a pretty great playlist on in the background.
