If you're feeling stretched thin, anxious, or disconnected from yourself and others, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. I offer a space where you can pause, breathe, and begin to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, at a pace that feels right for you.
Many of the people I work with are navigating the complex and often overwhelming challenges of early adulthood. Life can feel like a constant juggling act of figuring out who you are, where you’re going, and how to manage the pressure of it all. You may be struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or stress from major life transitions. You may feel stuck in your career, disconnected in your relationships, or unsure about how to make meaningful decisions when everything around you feels uncertain.

I specialize in supporting individuals working through self-identity development, family conflicts and expectations, and the struggles of "adulting." Together, we can untangle the confusion around life direction, explore career path that feel aligned for you, and help you cultivate relationships that feel emotionally and physically fulfilling. I also work with couples and individuals experiencing relationship distress. If you’re experiencing frustration or disappointment with your partner, or questioning why intimacy feels so difficult to achieve, this is a place to be honest and begin to shift what’s been holding you back. Whether you're navigating infidelity, struggling to communicate, or feeling overwhelmed by parenting demands, we’ll work together to understand each other’s emotional needs, reconnect, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you’re facing ongoing conflict with your parents or siblings, dealing with the lasting impact of parental divorce, struggling with attachment wounds like trust issues, fear of commitment, or emotional distancing, or parenting children or adolescents feels hard, I’ll support you with practical tools, insights, and compassion, that is grounded and provide you with a nonjudgmental space for healing and reconnection. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all sexual orientations and gender identities, including support for clients exploring asexuality, LGBTQ+ identity, and more.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’m not here to “fix” you—because you’re not broken. I’m here to help you better understand yourself, connect the dots between past and present, and uncover new ways to cope, grow, and move forward. Over time, many clients feel more grounded, more confident, and more like themselves again.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or uncertain, I’m here when you’re ready. Together, we can create space for clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of direction.
