SaveI am a Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. I graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University. Previously, I completed my BSc in Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University. I spent 2 years in Ireland, both practicing as a clinician and teaching clinical skills at the University of Limerick. I previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach, primarily with athletes ranging from youth to professional levels. My focus was on injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement. I have a deep passion for exercise and education, which shapes my treatment approach. I believe in fostering resilience and empowering patients with the confidence they need to return to their passions after injury.
