James Taylor is a Registered Psychotherapist licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He holds a Bachelor of Christian Counselling (Honours) - Major in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Canada Christian College, and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in Fredericton, New Brunswick. James provides supportive, collaborative therapy to adolescents and adults navigating a range of emotional and psychological challenges.

James works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, anger management concerns, trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and chronic pain. He also has experience supporting clients who have been involved in Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), as well as injured workers and first responders with Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) claims.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, James takes a person-centred approach to care. He prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship and works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
